Ultimately, a homeowner’s quality of life can be impacted by the success of the project, so he takes pride in building relationships based on trust and delivering the customer service experience of a lifetime. In an industry tainted by dishonest and shady contractors, values such as integrity, honor, and a strong work ethic are what sets Southern Mills Custom Builders apart from its competitors.  David currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Wendy and two children. POPULAR QUESTIONS

The answer has many moving parts and really depends on a number of factors. In general, most of the time it takes longer to get the HOA approval than it does to actually build the project. It could take up to a month (or longer in extreme cases) for the whole process, which consists of completing the drawings and design, submitting the application to the HOA, and then waiting up to 30 days for their approval.
