DAVID MILLS, OWNER

Meet David, Owner and Lead Designer of Magnolia Patio and Pool. A Certified Professional Builder with a bachelor’s in Construction Science and 30 years experience, he’s won many awards for his craftmanship and design. Clients have only great things to say about David and his team’s professionalism and attention to detail. David currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Wendy, son, and 2 dogs. He is dedicated to his family and stays active in the community, serving as president of Kailee Mills Foundation, Commissioner of Harris County Emergency Services District 7 (Spring Fire Department), and an active member of several local Chambers of Commerce.

WENDY MILLS, OWNER

Meet Wendy Mills, Magnolia Patio and Pool Sales co-owner.  Wendy enjoys working with clients to establish initial relationships with our sales team and assists in implementing policies and procedures, programs, and practices within the firm.  Her passion for helping people achieve their goals for their backyard paradise is what drives her to make every customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable.  Wendy also serves the community as a key player with the Kailee Mills Foundation and stays active in her church.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at home (especially on the patio) with David, Logan, and their 2 dogs.

IGNACIO “NACHO” ANDRADE, GENERAL MANAGER

Ignacio, better known as “Nacho”, leads with a deep commitment to ensuring quality work and exceptional customer service.  His passion lies in helping clients create their dream outdoor living spaces, making a lasting impact on their lives through meticulous planning, attention to detail, and top-tier craftsmanship.

Nacho’s dedication to outdoor living excellence goes beyond just overseeing operations – it’s about building trust and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues alike. When it comes to designing a custom patio, installing a new deck, or creating a fully realized outdoor oasis, Nacho takes pride in Magnolia Patio and Pool’s talent for transforming visions into reality.

LISA CASTRO, OFFICE MANAGER

Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and 10 years of bookkeeping expertise to the MPP Team. With a people-first mindset and a steady, detail-driven approach, she helps ensure the company’s finances, operations, and team are well cared for– supporting the consistent, trustworthy service Magnolia is known for. 

WADE COLLIER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

Wade is a native Texan with over a decade of experience in the Outdoor Living  construction industry. He is passionate about bringing a customer’s vision to reality and looks forward to working with you on your project.  Providing leadership to the entire construction team, there is no shortage of excellence around him and pushes his team to be their best.  Wade, his wife, and their two children (& two rowdy boxers!) live outside of Houston, where their life is full of sports, camping, road trips, all things Texas A&M and movie nights.

ALEXIS ``LEXI`` ESCALANTE, PURCHASING MANAGER

Lexi brings over 10 years of experience in problem-solving and customer relations. With strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable nature, Lexi plays a key role in supporting projects through thoughtful purchasing decisions and dependable coordination, always prioritizing customer satisfaction when helping bring a client’s dream backyard to life. Passionate about helping others, Lexi is driven by building long-lasting relationships with customers and partners while ensuring quality and efficiency at every level. 

MADISON DUBROCK, OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Madison is a motivated college student with two years of experience in the construction industry. Known for her dedication to helping customers, Madison combines her hands-on skills with a strong commitment to excellent service. Her time in construction has honed her problem-solving abilities and work ethic, while her ongoing education further enhances her knowledge and versatility. Madison’s blend of practical experience and academic focus positions her as a rising talent in the pool industry.

JASON BRANCO, PROJECT MANAGER

Jason brings over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in structural work and project execution. His deep understanding of building design and integrity makes him a trusted expert in the field. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his kids and catching live rock concerts whenever he can.

JOSE FLORES- RODRIGUEZ, PROJECT MANAGER

With over 7 years of experience, Jose is a family-oriented project manager with a strong passion for movies, he brings the same dedication and attention to detail to his work as he does to his personal life. Known for balancing deadlines with a people-first leadership style, he values teamwork, clear communication, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, his love for film reflects an appreciation for storytelling, creativity, and continuous improvement qualities that also define his professional approach.  

ALONSO GONZALEZ, ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Alonso Gonzalez is a construction management specialist with two years of hands-on experience and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science at University of Houston. Passionate about the construction industry, he is committed to delivering high-quality results and providing excellent customer service, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations. With a focus on efficiency, project coordination, and problem-solving, Alonso is dedicated to the successful completion of every project he takes on. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, finding it a perfect way to relax and embrace the outdoors.

With a proven track record of exceeding targets, Michael thrives in fast-paced environments, building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized solutions. A former college athlete, his passion for sports and active lifestyle further fuels his ability to connect with diverse individuals, creating lasting connections. Tyler has a unique talent for connecting with people and is driven by his passion for providing solutions that truly make a difference. With a natural talent for understanding clients’ needs, Tyler excels in building relationships and delivering value through exceptional service.  Driven by a strong desire to help others, Tyler approaches every opportunity with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive impact in both business and life.  When he’s not working, he is honing his amazing cooking skills and as a former college athlete, Tyler stays active and loves sports.

BEN COERS, DESIGN EXPERT

Ben brings integrity and hard work from three years of teaching and coaching, plus two years in management and sales.  Ben brings an excitement and positive energy to his work, and stands out with our clients for always going the extra mile to ensure they have a great experience working with Magnolia Patio and Pool.  Fun fact: he’s been known to do backflips when he makes a sale!  A former college athlete, Ben is passionate about sports, outdoor activities, landscaping, and gardening. At home, he prioritizes family, dogs, and fitness. With a diverse background and a commitment to service, Ben aims to forge strong client relationships and lasting solutions.

ROBERT SHELTON, DESIGN EXPERT

Robert brings over 36 years of experience in the landscape and outdoor living industry to the Magnolia family. Spending most of that time in sales and design, he has learned the value of dealing professionally and ethically with his clients. Building relationships to earn trust, turning homeowner’s dreams into reality, and providing excellent customer service are all elements that have made him excel in his field. He lives in Spring with his wife and three children. Growing up as fan of Houston sports teams, Robert understands that success usually comes through years of diligence, hard work, and working through the highs and lows of trial and error. “Go Oilers!
