Meet David, Owner and Lead Designer of Magnolia Patio and Pool. A Certified Professional Builder with a bachelor’s in Construction Science and 30 years experience, he’s won many awards for his craftmanship and design. Clients have only great things to say about David and his team’s professionalism and attention to detail. David currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Wendy, son, and 2 dogs. He is dedicated to his family and stays active in the community, serving as president of Kailee Mills Foundation, Commissioner of Harris County Emergency Services District 7 (Spring Fire Department), and an active member of several local Chambers of Commerce.

Meet Wendy Mills, Magnolia Patio and Pool Sales co-owner.  Wendy enjoys working with clients to establish initial relationships with our sales team and assists in implementing policies and procedures, programs, and practices within the firm.  Her passion for helping people achieve their goals for their backyard paradise is what drives her to make every customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable.  Wendy also serves the community as a key player with the Kailee Mills Foundation and stays active in her church.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at home (especially on the patio) with David, Logan, and their 2 dogs.

Ignacio, better known as “Nacho”, leads with a deep commitment to ensuring quality work and exceptional customer service.  His passion lies in helping clients create their dream outdoor living spaces, making a lasting impact on their lives through meticulous planning, attention to detail, and top-tier craftsmanship.

Nacho’s dedication to outdoor living excellence goes beyond just overseeing operations – it’s about building trust and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues alike. When it comes to designing a custom patio, installing a new deck, or creating a fully realized outdoor oasis, Nacho takes pride in Magnolia Patio and Pool’s talent for transforming visions into reality.

Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and 10 years of bookkeeping expertise to the MPP Team. With a people-first mindset and a steady, detail-driven approach, she helps ensure the company’s finances, operations, and team are well cared for– supporting the consistent, trustworthy service Magnolia is known for. 

Madison is a motivated college student with three years of experience in the construction industry. Known for her dedication to helping customers, Madison combines her hands-on skills with a strong commitment to excellent service. Her time in construction has honed her problem-solving abilities and work ethic, while her ongoing education further enhances her knowledge and versatility. Madison’s blend of practical experience and academic focus positions her as a rising talent in the pool industry.

Sandra is dedicated to helping clients navigate the early stages of their project with clear communication and attention to detail. Although she is new to the pool and patio industry, she is committed to learning, providing exceptional service, and ensuring every client receives the information and support they need.

One of her favorite things about Magnolia Patio and Pool is the family-oriented culture and the team’s willingness to help one another. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her son at the baseball field, cheering on the Houston Texans and Houston Astros, attending games, and relaxing with a good book.

Anthony King is the Director of Service and Maintenance with seven years of industry experience. Originally from Splendora, he is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and believes that consistency, integrity, and accountability are the keys to success. His top priority is understanding each customer’s needs from the start to ensure a positive experience.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Houston Rockets, and hanging out with his Chihuahua, Milo.

With over 7 years of experience, Jose is a family-oriented project manager with a strong passion for movies, he brings the same dedication and attention to detail to his work as he does to his personal life. Known for balancing deadlines with a people-first leadership style, he values teamwork, clear communication, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, his love for film reflects an appreciation for storytelling, creativity, and continuous improvement– qualities that also define his professional approach.  

Originally from Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Eduardo has called Houston home for more than 25 years. He is passionate about helping homeowners bring their ideas to life and takes pride in turning each client’s vision into a finished outdoor space they can enjoy for years to come.

His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction help create an exceptional experience for every homeowner he works with. One of Eduardo’s favorite aspects of working at Magnolia Patio and Pool is the positive culture and trustworthy team that make every project a collaborative success.

Outside of work, Eduardo enjoys spending time with his family and following the English Premier League as a lifelong supporter of Arsenal F.C.

Corey McMullen brings more than 17 years of experience in horticulture, landscape construction, and outdoor living design. Throughout his career, he has helped homeowners transform their ideas into functional, beautiful outdoor spaces while leading complex residential and commercial projects with a client-first approach.

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Corey has called the Houston area home for more than 40 years. His experience also includes business ownership, managing multi-million-dollar landscape operations, and appearing as a featured guest on KPRC 2’s Houston Life to discuss horticulture and outdoor living.

As Project Manager at Magnolia Patio and Pool, Corey is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making every project a positive experience for homeowners.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, especially keeping up with his child’s latest interests. He’s also a proud Eagle Scout and shares his home with two rescue cats and a rescue dog.

Originally from Odessa, Texas, Garrett brings a project management background and a passion for helping homeowners bring their outdoor living visions to life. Garrett values integrity, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

His favorite part of working at Magnolia Patio and Pool is seeing clients’ dream spaces become reality right outside their back door. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys golfing, watching UFC, playing guitar, attending concerts, wake surfing, and collecting vinyl records. A perfect day for him includes grabbing Shake Shack and browsing a local record store.

Clients can feel confident working with him because he prioritizes communication, respects their time and property, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Tristan Anderton is a Project Manager with eight years of experience, dedicated to bringing outdoor living spaces from concept to completion. Born in Plano, Texas, he moved several times before his family settled in Houston in 2010. His favorite part of the job is watching a project transform from an idea on paper into a beautiful finished patio or pool that families can enjoy for years to come.

Tristan and his wife enjoy spending time with their son, traveling, golfing, staying active, and making memories on the water with their two dogs, Stella and Millee, and two rescue cats, Frank and Theo. Guided by hard work and honesty, he is known for his clear communication and commitment to keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Colin Baumgarte is an Assistant Project Manager with five years of construction experience and a hands-on background in the field. His experience gives him a strong understanding of quality workmanship and what it takes to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Originally from Spring, Texas, Colin enjoys the teamwork at the company and the variety that comes with every project. Outside of work, he spends his time competing in Spartan races, riding four-wheelers, playing guitar, and exploring Japanese culture. He’s also a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.

Colin is committed to delivering quality on every project and takes pride in helping clients achieve successful results.

Born in Marshall, TX and raised in Houston, Logan has been around the pool and residential construction industry his entire life.  A Certified Pool Operator, he loves being part of the Magnolia Patio and Pool team because of its family-oriented culture and the willingness of everyone to help each other succeed.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with family and close friends,  hunting, watching football, and cheering on the Houston Texans and Texas A&M Aggie football.  His dogs Angel and Millie keep life entertaining with their unique personalities.

A former top-50 football player in Texas at wide-receiver, Logan received two college football offers coming out of high school but his love for family and outdoor living led him to pursue a career in the pool industry. He values loyalty and dedication in both his personal and professional life and strives to ensure every client has a positive experience by putting people first and making sure everyone is taken care of.

Ben brings integrity and hard work from three years of teaching and coaching, plus three years in management and sales.  Ben brings an excitement and positive energy to his work, and stands out with our clients for always going the extra mile to ensure they have a great experience working with Magnolia Patio and Pool.  Fun fact: he’s been known to do backflips when he makes a sale!  A former college athlete, Ben is passionate about sports, outdoor activities, landscaping, and gardening. At home, he prioritizes family, dogs, and fitness. With a diverse background and a commitment to service, Ben aims to forge strong client relationships and lasting solutions.

Tyler has a unique talent for connecting with people and is driven by his passion for providing solutions that truly make a difference. With a natural talent for understanding clients’ needs, Tyler excels in building relationships and delivering value through exceptional service.  Driven by a strong desire to help others, Tyler approaches every opportunity with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive impact in both business and life.  When he’s not working, he is honing his amazing cooking skills and as a former college athlete, Tyler stays active and loves sports.

Robert brings over 36 years of experience in the landscape and outdoor living industry to the Magnolia family. Spending most of that time in sales and design, he has learned the value of dealing professionally and ethically with his clients. Building relationships to earn trust, turning homeowner’s dreams into reality, and providing excellent customer service are all elements that have made him excel in his field. He lives in Spring with his wife and three children. Growing up as fan of Houston sports teams, Robert understands that success usually comes through years of diligence, hard work, and working through the highs and lows of trial and error. “Go Oilers!”
