DAVID MILLSOWNER
Meet David, Owner and Lead Designer of Magnolia Patio and Pool and Southern Mills Custom Builders. Throughout the years, he’s won many awards for his craftmanship and design. Clients have only great things to say about David and the Team’s professionalism and attention to detail. David currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Wendy and two children. He is dedicated to his family and stays active in the community by serving as president of Kailee Mills Foundation, Commissioner of Harris County Emergency Services District 7 (Spring Fire Department), and coaching youth sports.
WENDY MILLSOWNER
Meet Wendy Mills, Magnolia Patio and Pool Sales Coordinator and managing partner. Wendy enjoys working with clients to establish initial relationships with our sales team and assists in the development of new projects while implementing policies and procedures, programs, and practices within the firm. Her passion for helping people achieve their goals for their backyard paradise is what drives her to make every customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable.
MIKE MCDONOUGHPROJECT MANAGER
With a strong knack for leadership and great pride in delivering quality results, Mike McDonough has a real talent for project management. Our customers appreciate a direct line of communication with our construction team’s management and Mike works hard to make sure each project is completed in a timely manner. A true problem solver, Mike will go the extra mile to work through any questions or concerns regarding your project to make sure your experience with Magnolia Patio and Pool exceeds your expectations. Outside of his career, Mike enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
BRYAN HEARRONSALES CONSULTANT
Bryan’s strong background in design and a passion for helping our clients achieve success with their outdoor living goals gives him a huge advantage when it comes to customer satisfaction. With an expert eye for creating designs that match the architecture of an existing home and a thorough knowledge of what options and resources are available, Bryan thrives on making difficult design challenges seem easy. Setting expectations up front and taking pride in exceptional communication and customer service are qualities that we hear the most compliments on from our customers. When he’s not at work, Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time in his backyard with his family.

Jim is a results-driven project manager with 17 years of experience. He excels in leading complex projects, delivering timely results. Family-oriented and focused on excellence, Jim fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.
Maria
Meet Maria, Magnolia Patio and Pool Client Loyalty Specialist. Maria’s strong analytical skills also play a vital role in her success as a Client Loyalty Specialist. She diligently analyzes client data, market trends, and feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted loyalty programs. When faced with obstacles, Maria’s resilient nature shines through. She embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, using setbacks as fuel to propel herself forward. Maria is a warm-hearted individual who finds immense joy in spending time with her cherished family and friends.

Introducing Dennis, an experienced and passionate Production Manager with over 20 years of construction expertise. He has been an integral part of the Magnolia Patio + Pool team for 3 years, consistently going above and beyond in every task. In his free time, Dennis runs an axe throwing business called Slinging Axes, and he treasures spending quality time with his family. With a proactive approach and a drive for excellence, Dennis is a valuable asset who consistently exceeds expectations.
Ashlee
Meet Ashlee, a dedicated and passionate office manager with an unwavering commitment to customer service.
