Meet David, Owner and Lead Designer of Magnolia Patio and Pool and Southern Mills Custom Builders. Throughout the years, he’s won many awards for his craftmanship and design. Clients have only great things to say about David and the Team’s professionalism and attention to detail. David currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Wendy and two children. He is dedicated to his family and stays active in the community by serving as president of Kailee Mills Foundation, Commissioner of Harris County Emergency Services District 7 (Spring Fire Department), and coaching youth sports.

WENDY MILLS, OWNER

Meet Wendy Mills, Magnolia Patio and Pool Sales Coordinator and managing partner. Wendy enjoys working with clients to establish initial relationships with our sales team and assists in the development of new projects while implementing policies and procedures, programs, and practices within the firm. Her passion for helping people achieve their goals for their backyard paradise is what drives her to make every customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable.

CHARLES WASHINGTON, OFFICE MANAGER

Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Magnolia Patio and Pool, having previously served as a Controller for several companies in the construction industry. His expertise in business administration ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently. A strong advocate for our core values, Charles plays a key role in driving excellence across the team. When he’s not keeping the office in top shape, you can find him on the golf course enjoying his favorite pastime.

MADISON DUBROCK, CLIENT LOYALTY SPECIALIST

Madison is a motivated college student with one year of experience in the construction industry. Known for her dedication to helping customers, Madison combines her hands-on skills with a strong commitment to excellent service. Her time in construction has honed her problem-solving abilities and work ethic, while her ongoing education further enhances her knowledge and versatility. Madison’s blend of practical experience and academic focus positions her as a rising talent in the pool industry.

WADE COLLIER, PRODUCTION MANAGER

Wade is a native Texan with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He is passionate about bringing a customer’s vision to reality and looks forward to working with you on your project.  Wade, his wife, and their two children (& two rowdy boxers!) live outside of Houston, where their life is full of sports, camping, road trips, all things Texas A&M and movie nights.

MANNY GALLEGOS, PROJECT MANAGER

Manny is a skilled professional with over six years of experience in pool construction. Manny’s passion lies in building projects with the customer in mind, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.  His military background has instilled in him a sense of duty, work ethic, and dedication that he applies to his work in pool construction. Outside of work, Manny enjoys spending time with his two kids, attending church, skiing, and hiking.

Meet Davyn Yanes, who has a solid foundation in construction management; he brings experience and enthusiasm to the team. His dedication and commitment to ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently make him a valuable asset to the team. Davyn’s goal is to further develop his expertise and make a significant impact on residential construction landscape. Outside of his professional pursuits, Davyn enjoys unwinding on the golf course.

At home, he prioritizes family, dogs, and fitness. With a diverse background and a commitment to service, Ben aims to forge strong client relationships and lasting solutions.
