POOLS

Once we have a clear idea of what the pool design will look like, we will give you a FREE ESTIMATE for your review.  If you are agreeable to the terms, we will sign a construction agreement and ask you for a copy of your survey of the property that you received when you closed on your home. The builder will work with you to finalize the pool design and obtain any necessary permits. This may include obtaining permits from your local government, homeowner association, or utility company.

We will use this information to assist with obtaining approval from your HOA.  If necessary, we will have our in-house designer or a third party architect submit any applicable drawings that the HOA requires to approve your project. Typical HOA approvals take 30 days after submitting the application.

Once all permits are in place, the pool builder will begin excavation and site preparation. This involves digging the hole for the pool, laying the foundation, and preparing the plumbing and electrical connections.

With the site ready, the actual construction of the pool can begin. This involves installing the pool shell, adding any water features or accessories, and installing the pool’s circulation and filtration systems.

The concrete and masonry phase of construction typically takes place during the pool construction phase.  In this phase, we pour the concrete, which you have many options to choose from such as stamped concrete, stamped overlay, spray deck, stain, epoxy, pea gravel, or broom finish.

After the pool is installed, the builder will add any desired landscaping and decking to enhance the overall look and feel of the area around the pool.

Before turning the pool over to you, our builder will conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything is working properly and that all safety features are in place. Once the inspection is complete, you’ll have a final walkthrough with the builder to learn how to operate and maintain your new pool.
